Access is granted to the purchasing organization or individual, is non-transferable, and subject to the course’s stated duration and renewal interval.

4. Payments and refunds

Fees are due at purchase or via approved invoicing. Refunds are available before course commencement; after starting, refunds are prorated at our discretion.

5. Acceptable use

• No unauthorized sharing of training materials.
• No attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer the platform.
• Use content solely for safety training and compliance.

6. Intellectual property

All course materials are owned by PlanetFrame Safety or its licensors. We grant limited, revocable licenses for training purposes.

7. Disclaimers

Training reduces risk but does not guarantee prevention of incidents. Follow your organization’s procedures and applicable laws at all times.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service.
